Tour Itinerary

Day 01

: Arrival at Port Blair - City Tour - Cellular Jail

Arrive at Port Blair where you will meet with our representative and be checked into your hotel. Start your holiday with a tour of the city which includes attractions like fisheries museum (showcasing the rich marine life of the islands), anthropological museum (an insight into the life and culture of the indigenous inhabitants of the islands), samudrika museum, chatam island (one of the oldest saw mills in Asia with a man-made bridge connecting the island to Port Blair). After the tour you can explore the city at leisure. Later proceed to attend the enthralling Sound and Light Show at Cellular Jail - where the heroic saga of the Indian freedom struggle is brought alive. Enacting of freedom fighters and their struggle for India's Independence is enacted during this trip. Stay at Port Blair.

Day 02

Arrival at Havelock - Radhanagar Beach

Transfer to Havelock Island by morning Cruise/ferry. Havelock islands situated about 60 KMS away from port Blair (approx. 2hrs by sea) is the most popular tourist destination in Andaman’s, famous for its great dive sites and beaches. On reaching Havelock you will visit the famous Radhanagar beach which has been consistently rated as one of Asia's best beaches over the years. The beach is one of nature's best kept secrets Swim in its emerald waters, enjoy a stroll by the beach or be lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves. In the evening explore your resort and relax. Stay at Havelock.

Day 3

Havelock Elephant Beach – Snorkeling

Morning trip to elephant beach which is situated at about 20 minutes from Havelock by boat. Elephant beach is an isolated beach at Havelock known for its white sandy coastline and amazing coral reef. At elephant beach we will arrange a free session of snorkeling for you to enjoy and experience the wonderful marine life there. In the evening you can enjoy a relaxing walk by the beach at your resort. Stay at Havelock.

Day 4

Transfer to Niel - Niel Tour

After Breakfast you will be transferred to Niel . At Niel you will check into your resort then go on a tour of Niel which includes Seetapur Beach.Overnight Stay at Niel. Stay at Niel.

Day 5

Transfer to Port Blair - Carbyn's Cove Beach

After Breakfast spend some time at leisure exploring your resort and surroundings. In the afternoon you will transferred to Port Blair by A/c- cruise /ferry .Reach port Blair by evening and chenk-in to your Hotel. In the evening visit Carbyn's cove beach to enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea. Stay at Port Blair.

Day 6

North Bay Ross Island

After Breakfast you will be taken to North Bay Island by a ferry from Aberdeen jetty. North Bay is a remote island near port Blair famous for its rich marine life and large coral reef. In the afternoon visit Ross island which is a few miles off the coast of Port Blair. The island was the historical headquarters of the British (before the settlement was shifted to Port Blair). Ross Island is only a few square miles and has the remains of British buildings. Since most of the buildings are intact or restored the tour feels like a nostalgic trip back in time. Stay at Port Blair.

Day 7

Depart From Port Blair

Airport Transfer from hotel (after breakfast). Depart with wonderfull memories from Andamans.

Inclusion

Accommodation in rooms as given at hotels in Port Blair, Havelock and Neil with breakfast and all taxes on Double and triple sharing basis.

Meet and greet service at airport.

All sightseeing by Private AC Vehicle at all the islands.

Transfer to Havelock Island/Neil Island in MAKRUZZ CRUISE/GREEN OCEAN/AASHI/ITT MAJESTIC/NAUTICA cruise.

Full day tour with all transfers including airport pick up and drop.

All entry tickets, ferry tickets and permit charges.

Any airfare, train fare, transport & sightseeing.

Vehicle not at disposal at any of the islands

GST and PG Charges

Personal nature items like softdrink, hard drink, laundry, camera fee, tips etc.

Note:

Above mentioned package is not applicable for long weekend, any festive holiday, Christmas and New Year.
Above mentioned tour will be booked minimum 2 days before of your traveling date.
Please note above itinerary is a tentative itinerary for your trip. Actual itinerary may vary depending on the availability of jeep safari and inclusions selected in the trip.

Terms & conditions:

In all hotels base category room will be provided.
In case of upgradation of room will cost extra and pay to the hotel directly.
Time of check-in 12:00 noon and check out 11:00 AM.
Please make sure and enter correct age of passengers at the time of booking. Passengers furnishing incorrect age may incur penalty at the time of travelling.
In case of non availability of rooms in mentioned hotel we shall provide similar standard hotel.
In case of 3 persons, 1 room with 1 extra mattress will be provided.
Any changes in Govt. taxes, hotel charges, safari charges etc will be informed by mail or phone before traveling date.
Company will not be responsible for any accident, loss/theft or dammage of luggage.
We reserve the right to make itinerary and safari changes as operational or other circumstances require.

Policy Regarding Cancellation/ No Show / Early Departure :

In case if you are postponing or cancelling your tour/travel due to any unavoidable reasons, you must intimate us in writing. Please make it sure that cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive your mail in writing. Following cancellation policy would be applicable:

30 days prior to arrival - 10% of the tour cost.
15 days to 29 days prior to arrival - 30% of the tour cost.
07 days to 14 days prior to arrival - 40 % of the tour cost
02 days to 06 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour cost.
Less than 48 hours or no show - NO REFUND.
Jeep Safari & Canter Safari amount are non refundable.
In case of 3 persons, 1 room with 1 extra mattress will be provided.
Any changes in Govt. taxes, hotel charges, safari charges etc will be informed by mail or phone before traveling date.
Important Note: In case your safari is not booked due to reasons like technical error or non-availability of seat, we will refund the whole amount in your given bank account. The same would be communicated accordingly.
In case of peak season: weekends or weekdays (Holi, Diwali, X'Mas & New Year) hotel/Forest Lodges bookings separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required).
Our Liabilities and Limitations: Please note that after you finalize the tour/service cost and in case if there are any hikes in permit fees of safaris/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges decided by the Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.
Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
In case of dispute, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

Payment Policy:

GTI Travels (Pvt.) Ltd. accepts Credit Card, Debit Card, Paypal and Direct Deposit as forms of payment.
Kindly make payment only in company accounts.
Travelers can pay 50% advance to hold the booking on confirmed basis & rest 50% amount will be settled on arrival/starting the tour.
Travelers can pay 100% amount to confirm the booking and enjoy more discount benefits.
Travelers agree to pay all statutory taxes, surcharges and fees, as applicable.
